Purchase GLS Software

A once-off purchase entitles you to:

1. Five years unlimited email support, answered within two business days.
2. Telephone support for one year since your date of purchase, subject to the terms specified in the SMA agreement.
3. Free product updates for one year since your date of purchase. This includes major version upgrades, such as from Sewsan 3.5 to Sewsan 4.0.
4. Your choice of a USB hardware dongle couriered to you (at an extra cost), or a software license activated over the internet. Our software licensing system is more flexible than most, and it relieves your company of the burden of keeping track of dongles and gets you going minutes after purchasing the software.

Maintenance Contracts

You may purchase an annual maintenance contract, the price of which is 16% per annum of the cost of the product. Having an active maintenance contract entitles you to all the benefits listed above for the duration of your contract.
